Description
Our client is a 300 strong business within the property industry and looking for a Head of Marketing to position them as one of the leaders in their field. The salary for this role is up to £70,000 with 25 days holiday, pension, bonus and other perks.

The Head of Marketing role offers an interesting opportunity in a sector which is growing, you will have the chance to shape both internal and external marketing and communications activity. The role will require someone to devise and implement the internal communications, specifically the employee engagement scheme as well as other internal comms campaigns. Externally you will look at campaigns which propel the business in terms of awareness of the brand and its capabilities using channels such as email and social media and industry relevant publications.

You’ll be able to draw upon your experience of utilising the full marketing mix (digital, social, email, advertising) to drive engagement and exposure and work with senior managers to ensure a correct and consistent message.

The Head of Marketing and Communications will lead a team of 2 all based in the London office, previous management experience is preferred but not essential.
As Head of Marketing and Communications you’ll have 2 years’ marketing at a senior level as well as experience of:

  • the property or construction industry
  • delivering internal and external campaigns
  • strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
