Digital Marketing Manager up to £40,000 plus 28 days holiday

 

Kindred Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a brilliant client whose online technology plays an important role in fundraising across the not-for-profit sector.

 

The team is set to expand in 2021, the role of Digital Marketing Manager is key to ensuring that brand awareness is maximised, and marketing activity supports lead generation.

 

This is a unique Digital Marketing Manager opportunity, working closely with the founder and wider business to write and deliver the entire digital marketing strategy. Whilst this role will suit a marketer with understanding and experience across the full marketing spectrum, it does need particular expertise across paid social advertising. Integrating Facebook, Google and LinkedIn advertising into the digital strategy is a priority, alongside remarketing, display and SEO.

You will have the knowledge and tools to optimise the digital marketing strategy for growth and be focused on ROI especially across ad spend.

 

The Digital Marketing Manager will also have the responsibility of launching a best-in-class blog which will play an important role in maintaining credibility and that of a thought leader within the not-for-profit sector. Whilst you will be expected contribute content yourself, you will also have the support of dedicated content writers.

 

To be considered for the role of Digital Marketing Manager you will have some, or all, of the following:

 

  • SaaS or tech industry experience
  • Strong digital marketing background, especially across B2B paid advertising
  • Focus on digital marketing for lead generation
  • Excellent analytical ability using Google Analytics
  • Experience of SaaS CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • An interest in, or experience of fundraising/not-for-profit

 

This will be a hugely rewarding role for a digital marketer who wants to join a business with that feel good factor at the point of exponential growth. You'll be rewarded with the freedom and flexibility to shape the marketing function from the top down and see your ideas come to fruition.

 

*The role can be based anywhere in the UK so you must be comfortable working from home long-term.*
