ASSISTANT BRAND MARKETING MANAGER – Up to £35,000 + Company Bonus + Shares + 33 days holiday – office is located just outside of Milton Keynes (1 or 2 days a week in the office, the rest working from home)
Kindred Recruitment is delighted to be working with a global client, awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise and serving some incredible brands in the defence, automotive and marine sectors.

Through continued growth and success, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Brand Marketing Manager to work as part of a talented marketing team to deliver the global B2B marketing strategy.

This is an interesting and diverse opportunity for a generalist marketer with a genuine passion for marketing within an engineering or technical industry. This role will touch on almost every marketing touchpoint including:
  • Multi-channel activation and post campaign reporting
  • Full social media management
  • Website content management
  • Identifying trends and new audience profiles
  • Co-ordination in photoshoots and filming to use throughout marketing campaigns
  • Customer marketing emails, advertising and sponsored content
What will this marketing role offer me?

Joining an experienced marketing team, you will get to plan and deliver diverse campaigns with a focus on digital, social and content to world class brands that benefit from my client’s technical products. You will be encouraged to manage your own workload and priorities and there are plenty of opportunities to grow professionally within this organisation due to their size and international success.

Necessary skills and experience

Given the technical nature of the products we are keen to hear from experienced B2B marketers, ideally with 3 years of marketing experience from a technical or engineering background. You will also have:
  • Strong digital marketing experience across social media and website best practice
  • Excellent copy writing skills across print, editorial, case studies, video scripts and digital platforms
  • Ability to market technical products to a B2B audience, some of which are complex
