Description
Account Director – FULLY REMOTE £40,000 - £60,000 plus 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), gym membership, pension and more

We have been approached to support an expanding international digital agency looking to strengthen their team with an Account Director.

What you’ll get from joining as Account Director

If you are looking for more autonomy in your role, a chance to work in partnership with the Senior Management Team and shape your role as you see fit, then read on.

Joining as Account Director, you will lead a team of three Account Managers offering you the chance to flex your team management and motivation skills. You’ll also shape how digital services are offered and delivered and how to best serve a wide range of clients.

You’ll be offered a lot of freedom in this role so it’s the perfect opportunity for an Account Manager or existing Account Director looking for that ‘next step’.

Who are you?

You’ll be a digital native with 3 – 5 years of digital marketing experience looking to move into a more client facing position with team management responsibilities. You’ll be happy to step away from the hands-on day to day and step into a more strategic and client serving role. To do this we are looking for an excellent understanding of:

  • Social media
  • SEO
  • Paid social
  • Paid search
  • Website design
  • blogging and content generation

The position would suit someone eager to step up to the next level with the confidence to advise and share digital best practice with the team and advise clients on the most suitable digital channels to suit their needs.

Any experience of working in healthcare, veterinary care, pharmaceutical, pet care with/or a science-based degree would be most welcome but is not required. Animal lovers a bonus!

Whilst the role is remote, the Account Director must be happy to visit clients and spend approximately one day a month with the team in the Southampton area.

A lovely role with a lovely team, please send in your CV for immediate consideration, our client is ready to hire!
