Operations and Marketing Manager, up to £45,000 plus benefits, hybrid working (HQ in London)
A growing charity supporting men’s mental health are looking for an Operations and Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. The charity provide support to men in a number of ways and this role, working closely with the rest of the team, will help the charity grow and reach more people who would benefit from their services.
The Opportunity

Joining as Operations and Marketing Manager at this relatively early stage will allow someone to shape processes from the beginning. You’ll implement best practice, set budgets and have a direct influence on the success and scope of the charity’s services.
The day to day

This is a broad role incorporating both operations best practice, management of teams and volunteers as well as promotion of the charity through relevant marketing activity and would suit someone who thrives on variety.

Strong communication skills are a must, with at least 3 years’ operational experience within an SME.
No two days are likely to be the same, with typical responsibilities including:
  • Setting operation strategy with the CEO
  • Developing and improving organisational policies and understanding of industry regulations
  • Working with colleagues to deliver new men’s mental health and well-being services
  • Leadership of employees and volunteers across marketing, operations and events
  • Management of multiple venues and venue selection
  • Budget control and resource planning
  • Partnership management
  • Promotion of the charity’s services through digital marketing initiatives e.g., newsletter, social media
