Kindred Recruitment has been approached to support a growing B2B marketing agency who support some of the world’s most notable tech, IT and communications brands with their go-to-market strategy. With further client wins, the agency is looking to strengthen the team with a Marketing Project Manager.
The opportunity
The opportunity to join a non-hierarchical, flat structure agency with a very strong sense of team where they have developed a flexible working approach that works for everyone.

We think this role will suit someone looking to step up with experience of pulling together strategic, creative and marketing resources to deliver B2B marketing campaigns with a high level of success.
Day to day as Marketing Project Manager
As Marketing Project Manager / Client Project Manager, you’ll be a very important member of the team. On larger strategic accounts you’ll support a team and have the opportunity to manage your own projects on smaller campaigns/clients. It’s a diverse position straddling go-to-market (GTM) as well as B2B marketing campaign delivery.
You’ll be comfortable interacting with clients about project updates, advising on the best resources or channels to deliver campaigns and generally making sure everything is on track and the client is informed.
Your B2B marketing experience
You’ll have some marketing project management experience already and be keen to take on a role that offers great variety in working on across multiple clients. We are also keen to hear from marketing professionals with:- 2+ years’ experience delivering marketing projects (agency or client side)
- Understanding of how to manage project costs and timings
- B2B campaign experience
- Understanding of a range of marketing tools and channels
- Strong project management capability
