Kindred Recruitment has partnered with a leading international SaaS company looking for a Director of Demand Generation for a 12 month fixed term contract (FTC) supporting a period of maternity cover.

This is an exciting time to join our client as they demonstrate continued hypergrowth across all territories and this role should appeal to an experienced marketing leader with a similar scale up/hypergrowth B2B SaaS background.

We are keen to speak with senior marketing leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a laser focus on driving demand generation programs to support consistent pipeline growth. You’ll be a natural leader, able to motivate a dedicated and growing team of marketers delivering acquisition, regional marketing and global campaigns with a focus on measurable ROI.

Naturally, you’ll work collaboratively with country sales teams to identify further lead generation opportunities and accelerate current campaigns.  

Experience and skills required:

  • Significant B2B digital marketing experience across B2B tech / SaaS
  • 3-4 years’ leadership experience responsible for a demand gen team
  • Understanding of the sales / marketing funnel
  • Expert in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, nurturing programs, targeting and segmentation)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Experience of working in a scale up or hypergrowth business
  • Familiarity with marketing automation / CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
  • Ability to motivate, lead and coach a team to ensure collaborative success
