Are you a people person looking for a rewarding sales role?
We are delighted to be working with a high growth brand making waves in an expanding area of the property market. Due to the success of existing high-profile sites, our client is looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join the business at this particularly exciting phase of growth.
Part of a motivated and self-sufficient sales team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a rewarding and consultative sales process for a high value property offering. Our client is seen as one of the leaders in their field so not only will you be working for a market leader, but have exposure to industry leaders, influencers and important people within the community to help facilitate sales.
This is a busy and all-encompassing Sales Manager / Sales Executive position that not only allows you to build relationships with prospective clients, but help motivate colleagues, have input into sales and marketing collateral, represent the company at events and engage in specific training.
Skills and experience
To be considered for this rewarding Sales Manager / Sales Executive role we are interested to hear from people with the following skills and experience:- Experience of selling a product or service or building relationships over time
- Ability to build trust over a period of time
- Understand the right time to close a sale in a consultative way
- Self-motivated personality and the ability to motivate a team
- An interest in marketing, PR and creative ways to support awareness and sales
- The confidence to network with key people in the local and surrounding areas
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a CRM system
- A sales or marketing qualification (desirable but not essential)
- High standard of written and verbal English
