Kindred Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a brilliant client whose innovative technology plays an important role in fundraising across the not-for-profit sector.
The team is set to expand in 2021, with the position of Partnerships Manager key to ensuring that ambitious growth targets are met in terms of new clients.

The Partnerships Manager role is about building and delivering a tailored partnerships program considering clients’ needs and objectives and ensuring they have the right product as well as training and support to guarantee success. You’ll have the experience to help shape the overall partnership strategy, tailor it to individual clients where necessary and look to build long-term relationships with new and existing clients so they continue to use and drive value from the platform.
The remit for this role is worldwide, with uncapped potential for new and exciting strategic partnerships around the globe. As Partnerships Manager you’ll play a key role in contributing to the growth of the company whilst supporting not-for-profits and the valuable work they do. Your role will seek out opportunities such as events, sponsorship and speaker opportunities to promote the value of the platform.
To be considered for the role of Partnerships Manager you will have some, or all, of the following:
· 2 plus years working in a role developing partnerships and relationships
· Industry experience across SaaS, tech, agency ideally for good causes, non-profit experience would really help within this role
· Familiarity with HubSpot and/or other SaaS CRMs
· Fantastic ability to engage with others, high level of confidence
· Self-motivated with exceptional organisation and time-management skills
· Ability to think strategically
