Marketing Executive £28,000 – £35,000 *Benefits – 28 days holiday, day off on your birthday, day off if moving house, annual trip abroad (previous 3 years have included Lisbon, Hamburg and Budapest), quarterly night out, Nest pension scheme, monthly bonuses and competitions).

North London (Crouch End area)

Office based Monday to Friday – superb team vibe!

A truly varied marketing opportunity has arisen for someone at Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing Executive level to support an expanding property client with the local community at the heart of everything they do.

With support from all internal departments as well as senior management, you will own and run the full calendar of marketing activity.

The position of Marketing Executive can be broken down into 3 key areas; Digital and social media, Content and Campaigns and Sponsorship and Events.

A marketer seeking a generalist role would benefit from the wide variety of responsibility in this position and you will have the support of an internal graphic designer as well as photographer for stunning imagery, as well as the wider sales team for contribution to content.

As well as requiring a passion for digital marketing, this opportunity will see you owning all event activity, centred around the businesses’ desire to support the local community including schools and charities with quiz nights, events for families and children and events that support other local businesses.

No two weeks will be the same, but you can expect to be working on the following:

  • Social media campaigns, including paid adds on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Advertising opportunities
  • Content generation across all digital touchpoints including the website, property sites (Zoopla, Rightmove etc.), advertising (print/digital) and regular e-newsletters
  • Email campaigns using Mail Chimp and management of CRM data
  • Analysis of campaigns and website traffic using typical platforms – Google Analytics, social monitoring tools, SEO management
  • Competitor research and benchmarking
  • Creation of printed marketing materials such as brochures or flyers
  • Keeping up to date on the property and real estate sector
  • Plan and execute a wide variety of events and continue to develop strategic partnerships

As the go to marketing expert, you will have the freedom and flexibility to test out new marketing strategies and continue to develop ideas that position our client as the go to property professional in North London.
