Associate Director –£71,000 – £90,000

Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the office, 3 from home

Kindred Recruitment has been approached to support a thriving B2B marketing agency who support some of the world’s most notable IT brands promote their products and services. The agency is looking to strengthen the team at the top with an Associate Director (Digital).

The opportunity

The opportunity to join a non-hierarchical, flat structure agency with a very strong sense of team where they have developed a flexible working approach that works for everyone.

As Associate Director you will be the senior point of contact for a major client, leading a team of circa 8-10 talented individuals all working towards delivering exceptional digital marketing campaigns.

Working closely with a fresh thinking and hands-on senior management team who place importance on training and development as well as rewarding employees with above industry standard pay rates and a collaborative working culture.

We think this role will suit someone looking to step up into a more strategic and advisory marketing position with a firm background working with IT/b2b tech brands or similar, preferably agency side.

Day to day as Associate Director

As Associate Director / Senior Digital Account Director, you’ll take on client briefs and translate these into effective creative concepts right through to campaign delivery. You’ll enjoy leading a team, delivering highly successful digital marketing campaigns and growing your account.

Your B2B digital marketing experience

You’ll be an experienced marketeer with predominantly B2B/Tech/IT marketing experience from an agency setting. We are also keen to hear from marketing professionals with:

  • 10+ years’ experience delivering marketing projects, agency side
  • Diverse marketing channel experience, but with a focus on digital
  • Ideally IT or B2B tech client exposure
  • Understanding of a range of digital marketing tools and channels, including email, display, social and video
  • Team management experience with enjoyment of mentoring less experienced colleagues
  • Strong project management capability and ability to switch between multiple projects
