Kindred Recruitment has been approached to support a growing B2B marketing agency who support some of the world’s most notable tech, IT and communications brands with their go-to-market strategy. With further client wins, the agency is looking to strengthen the team at the top with a Client Services Director.

The opportunity

The opportunity to join a non-hierarchical, flat structure agency with a very strong sense of team where they have developed a flexible working approach that works for everyone.
The client mix is exciting with the opportunity to work on more eclectic and emerging tech and communications sectors, no two projects are the same!

Working closely with a fresh thinking and hands-on senior management team who place importance on training and development as well as rewarding employees with above industry standard pay rates and annual bonus.

We think this role will suit someone looking to step up into a more strategic and advisory marketing position with a firm background in tech, IT, communications or similar with a B2B focus.

Day to day as Client Services Director

As Client Services Director / Senior Account Director, you’ll take on client briefs and translate these into effective go-to-market plans from strategy right through to execution. You’ll enjoy leading a small team, delivering highly successful marketing campaigns and growing new and existing accounts.

You’ll also have the knowledge to combine the right marketing tools to execute the creative and align the campaign with sales and marketing objectives.

Your B2B marketing experience

You’ll be an experienced marketeer with predominantly B2B/Tech/IT marketing experience from an agency setting. We are also keen to hear from marketing professionals with:

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering marketing projects
  • Diverse marketing channel experience, digital and offline
  • Ideally tech, IT, comms or telecommunications industry exposure
  • Understanding of a range of marketing tools including marketing automation
  • Team management experience
  • Strong project management capability
