Superb Producer role up for grabs at one of London’s fastest growing social media agencies, working as part of a highly creative and collaborative ‘in-house’ studio team working directly for one of the world’s biggest gaming brands.

This is a role for someone who loves to be organised! Overseeing a high volume of work and interacting with stakeholders, creatives and external agencies, you will help to deliver industry leading creative work. You’ll love a spreadsheet, have your means and ways to ensure only the best quality work goes out and be on top of your game when it comes to schedules and workflows.

Working as a Video Producer, you’ll be able to cope with, and thrive working at pace. Day to day you will:

• Lead on the production of creative campaigns
• Bring experience of the entertainment or advertising industries
• Ensure a robust quality control measure is on 100% of the time
• Mentor and lead creatives
• Understand and lead animation and post-production projects

So, what experience should you have already?

You must come from a fast-paced digital agency/advertising environment where you have honed your producing skills across video / animation for social media / online audiences or users. You will be able to demonstrate:

• An understanding of different creative/digital assets, their complexity and time needed to create these
• Ability to ask questions when something isn’t clear
• A sharp eye for detail – only the highest quality of work gets your sign off
• Strong communication skills and a natural collaborator
• A thirst for the latest trends and how these can be adopted by the agency, you can express new ideas and techniques and how they can be applied to upcoming projects and the creative process
• A head for solving problems, big or small
