Customer Experience Manager – circa £45,000 plus benefits plus hybrid home/office working
Kindred Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to bring onboard a Customer Experience Manager to lead a team of 6 customer service professionals and drive forward operations.
This is a busy, multifaceted role whereby someone must be able to bring good leadership experience from customer experience, customer service or from a more operational position.

What experience should I have?
We are keen to hear from individuals with a strong track record in managing customer experience or customer service teams. You’ll come from a fast-paced service industry with the knowledge and skills to lead the team to effectively prioritise customers and their needs.

Whilst we are looking for a permanent person to take up the position, we would welcome applications from those seeking a shorter contract or temporary position able to provide interim support and start at short notice.
Circa £45,000 with good benefits and part homeworking
£47,000 plus bonus and benefits
Up to £50,000 + £12,000 performance bonus
