This opportunity is interesting because whilst we are looking for a strong digital marketer, you will have the opportunity to work across teams delivering multi-channel (PR, experiential, influencer etc) purpose driven campaigns with meaning.
It’s for a small, successful agency but before you click away because you’re in-house, wait! – this role is open to those coming from in-house or agency. It’s the perfect steppingstone for a Senior Account Manager looking to step up as Account Director, or senior marketing executive or marketing manager seeking more responsibility and the variation of more than one brand to work across.
Back to the part above about campaigns with purpose – many of the agency’s clients want to promote green or sustainability topics. Others want to shout about women in business/tech or publicise why they are a brilliant place to work and the opportunities they can offer employees.
This isn’t a pure play Account Director role – yes, you’ll be managing projects but you’ll also have a point of view on aspects such as creative strategy and be confident expressing these ideas.
New business? No problem! You’ll be poised to support senior colleagues with pitches spanning B2B, corporate, AND consumer.
Over to you….what experience do you have?
Hopefully you’ve picked up that this is a multi-channel marketing role with a focus on digital (social media, paid social advertising, content, website, CRM, influencer marketing). It’s open to those at mid-level with 4/5 years’ experience ready to lead from the front.
The clients are genuinely lovely and you will need to be happy working on B2B and corporate briefs as much as B2C.
