Hybrid role – onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Central London

** Please note that during busy periods this role does require evening and weekend event work **

Our client, the UK’s premier agency for dining and restaurant experiences, is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Events and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This will be the perfect opportunity for someone seeking their second or third role in events.

The Client

Our client specialises in crafting unforgettable small-scale events that merge dining, travel, luxury, and culture. With a portfolio of around 200 events annually for esteemed blue-chip clientele they’re at the forefront of creating unparalleled experiences in the culinary world.

Your role as Events and Marketing Manager

As Events and Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the helm of three exciting events projects supported by two experienced and very lovely Event Directors. Several of the events are set across the entire UK as well as Europe and further afield and all of them revolve around the most exquisite food and drink experiences for guests.

This role will suit someone who thrives on the planning and organisation (and attendance!) of premium events. It’s an incredibly creative role, balanced out with needing a laser focus and top-notch attention to detail and as you would imagine works across budgets, venues, F&B, tickets, third party agencies, client relationships, customer service, sponsors, partnerships and all the marketing pre and post event (social media, web, content generation, email and more!)

Experience you’ll need

  • Previous experience in events, marketing, or hospitality – you must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in food, drink and hospitality
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in marketing and marketing tools such as MailChimp, WordPress, social media, Content generation
  • Hands-on knowledge of the full-event lifecycle
  • Creative flair and ability to think outside the box
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
