My client, a group of luxury brands are looking to add an experienced Graphic Designer to the marketing team to drive design across their portfolio. The Graphic Designer will be the guardian of all design output across this prestigious portfolio with highly sought after brands.

The branding team has gone from 2 to 9 as investment into the portfolio continues at pace. Reporting into an inspirational Marketing Director full of passion and energy this promises to be a fun and rewarding opportunity.


Seeking an ambitious Graphic Designer to join the branding team in London, the role will work across a wide range of materials including print communication, digital, campaigns and social assets, and on-property collateral and corporate projects.

The Graphic Designer should have a good understanding of brand marketing / campaigns and be able to conceptualise a brief from issue through to artwork and implementation with strong creative and design thinking.


Attention to detail is key ensuring meticulous final assets are delivered on time, on brand and in a cost-effective manner.

Great communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise key projects are a must as you will be liaising with fellow team members and key stakeholders to deliver multiple projects.

Day to day, we anticipate the Graphic Designer to be actively involved in:


  • Bringing the new brand guidelines of the portfolio to life
  • Day-to-day design development and artworking of key assets (corporate brand presentations, digital brochures, invitations, print pieces) for the UK Branding Team
  • Development of key supplementary assets for seasonal campaigns
  • Working closely with the Content Editor, reviewing key assets (photography, film, illustration) and consolidation of commentary on retouching
  • Development of printed materials, following the process from beginning to the end, including colour proofing, sample proofing and quality check
  • Support on day-to-day brand management, campaign development, and strategic category-specific projects
  • Development of digital-first design projects and competency giving critical design feedback on web-first projects
  • Development of highly creative, engaging and unique concept & ideas to design and execution of visual and communication assets (social, site, print, digital)
  • Assistance in the creation of new sub-brand concepts, identities, visual mock-ups and guidelines



This role requires a graphic designer with plenty of premium and luxury brand experience, working across all design touchpoints.


Your design portfolio will ooze quality and demonstrate your experience with:


  • Previous luxury lifestyle or premium FMCG brands – this is essential
  • Layout, typography, and branding
  • All Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Lightroom, XD) as well as Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) essential.
  • Strong knowledge of print design process, extensive knowledge of paper, print techniques, and a strong print network.
  • Confident working with editors/ copywriters, developing narratives and assessing brand tone of voice.
  • A little black book of contacts/freelancers including skilled designers, Illustrators, CGI artists, video editors, printers and packaging suppliers.


Bonus experience would come in the form of digital experience including wire-framing or putting together premium corporate presentations on PowerPoint or Keynote.

This position will suit a Graphic Designer with a well-developed design judgement and strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines at once. You could be coming from a fast-paced agency setting or an in-house role, responsible for multiple projects at any one time. Ability to work independently and use initiative, as well as being flexible to the changing demands of the business are key.

This role is open to experienced, UK based graphic designers with the right to work in the UK – this role does not provide sponsorship of any kind.
