Group Marketing Director – up to £70,000 Central London

Kindred has been approached to work exclusively on a Group Marketing Director position leading the marketing function across several market leading UK brands. This is a newly created position reporting into the CEO and an excellent opportunity to inject some marketing magic at the very top!

Each brand requires a tailored and strategic approach, ripe for growth and expansion in their individual markets. The successful Group Marketing Director will have the opportunity to lead a small but perfectly formed marketing team with additional agency support where needed to drive each of the brands forward.

The position would really suit a senior marketer who enjoys thinking strategically and creatively across the full marketing print and digital mix, whilst maintaining a laser focus on acquisition and conversion.

We are therefore keen to receive applications from Marketing Directors or Senior Marketing Managers who some or all of the following skills, experience and interests:

• Demonstrable passion and energy for driving growth through intelligent marketing
• Focus on data management and segmentation for information decision making
• Strategic ability matched with creative flair
• Excellent grasp of print, digital, events and PR from planning to execution
• Travel industry experience is highly desirable whether that be direct with a travel brand or agency side working with travel clients
