Kindred Recruitment is supporting a growing fintech player serving both B2B and B2G customers. The remit for this newly created Head of Marketing role is global and will include occasional international travel.

As Head of Marketing, you will put in place the brand, marketing and go-to-market strategy for the business. This is a superb opportunity to work in close partnership with the Executive Team, as well as sales, third party agencies, area general managers and product teams to ensure buy-in and success from the entire business.
This is a varied position, marketing activity will span creative campaigns, digital, events, marketing ops, data and reporting as well as recruitment when the time comes to expand your team.
If you are a strategic marketer who thrives on building a marketing function from scratch, enjoys taking the lead and places a focus on results, this could be a great opportunity for you. You’ll need at least 5 years’ senior marketing experience across fintech, payments or B2B SaaS and want to work in a fast-paced setting with ambitious colleagues.
