A fantastic opportunity for an organised individual to join a globally recognised company as HR Admin Assistant.

This role will suit someone with previous administration experience, who LOVES to be organised and work as part of a collaborative team.

You’ll be a people person, by nature of this role you will have the opportunity to interact and build relationships with people all across the organisation.

Working as part of a well-oiled machine, you will get the chance to support the development and implementation of a wide range of interesting human resource initiatives that make this organisation such a great place to work.

 

What might a typical day look like as HR Admin Assistant?

Very much the type of role where no two days look the same, you’ll have plenty to do whether that’s monthly reporting, updating a system, onboarding a new member of staff, or working on delivering a HR initiative.

As HR Admin Assistant you’ll have responsibility for staff updates across Europe and be the first port of call for staff who have any questions or concerns.

Working within HR also means you’ll manage sensitive and confidential information, so working with discretion is incredibly important.

What skills and experience do you need?

First and foremost, you will have administration experience from a previous position, whether that be within HR or another busy team. We are looking for someone understanding and empathetic, who enjoys working to a set of company values and helping others to do so too.

You’ll know your way around a computer (Microsoft Office) and have some experience of reporting and using data.

Whilst a human resources qualification such as CIPD would be desirable, it’s not required, as long as you have the other skills needed to work in a busy hub in a well-regarded organisation.
