Job Opportunity: HR Generalist

Location: Ireland, County Westmeath

Range €35k – €40k

Full-time Monday to Friday with flexible working – home working available after probation.

Are you passionate about human resources and ready to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist with recruitment experience to support the HR Director and HR Business Partner in delivering top-notch HR and recruitment assistance.

Our client is a fast-growing group within healthcare, cultivating a positive and collaborative place to work each day. Working with a wide range of stakeholders you will support managers and colleagues from a HR perspective.

No two days will be the same!

This is a busy and all-encompassing role, and no two days will be the same. You’ll be a great communicator and able to support colleagues on compliance with Irish employment law across all HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with ROI legislative requirements and act as the day-to-day contact.

You’ll be keen to support the business in promoting and embodying company values and implement HR change projects that continue to make this a great place to work.

Recruitment also features within the remit of this role, and you’ll be able to bring experience of talent acquisition and onboarding including management of visa applications and registrations.

In addition, you will have excellent administration and organisational abilities, from preparing employment letters, contracts, and associated documents, through to maintaining data integrity and compliance with the Data Protection Act.

What experience do you need?

This role requires an experienced HR and recruitment candidate, so we will need to see previous HR generalist experience in a busy role. If you have the majority of the following, we would love to hear from you!

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in HR/IR are advantageous
  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience
  • Previous HR and recruitment related experience
  • Positive outlook, you enjoy supporting the wider business with your knowledge
