Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition and HR Manager for dynamic and creative agency in Central London

**Part-time**: 2, 2.5 or 3 days per week

Salary: Circa £50,000 pro rata plus bonus and benefits

Are you looking for a part-time internal recruitment / talent acquisition and human resources position that could fit around other commitments?

Kindred Recruitment is working with a brilliant creative communications agency seeking a part-time recruitment and HR manager to support the agency as they continue to grow.

This is a brand-new role to shape as you see fit, you will support the Managing Director with recruitment of Account Executives, Account Managers and Account Directors for a 30 strong agency, as well as manage all aspects of HR including contracts, retention schemes, diversity and inclusion programmes and benefits.

What experience do you need?

You’ll be able to apply talent acquisition and HR experience to a range of responsibilities including:

• Recruitment – experience of LinkedIn Recruiter and identifying excellent agency candidates
• Contracts and offers
• Onboarding, training and development
• Liaison with heads of departments to understand their future recruitment and HR requirements
• Streamlining HR processes
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other suppliers
• Championing inclusive hiring practices
• Support marketing with recruitment campaigns (employer branding, social media etc)
• Ad hoc administration activities

You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders across the agency and be capable of managing your own time effectively.
