The Role

This is an opportunity that packs a lot of punch for someone seeking variety and responsibility. No two days are going to be the same and joining as Marketing Associate this role will offer a challenging but rewarding next step for the right candidate.

Seeking a generalist marketing role? Great! This position will cover social, digital, external communications, events, brand management, agency collaboration, research and reporting. You’ll have ownership of all of these and work in tandem with different business units to ensure marketing supports their goals, whether it be new clients, sales, brand awareness or training teams on how to use social media effectively.

You’ll possess a ‘can-do’ attitude and take genuine pride in helping your colleagues across the business and you’ll impart your marketing knowledge so they understand your craft better and how you will help them.

Week to week you’ll be planning campaigns, writing content, updating the website, working on a survey, briefing a creative agency on a new video project, allocating budget for a paid social campaign or co-ordinating attendance at a key industry event.

Our client is seeking a top performer for the role of Marketing Associate.

You’ll impress on paper and in person. Willingness to learn, possessing a growth mindset and a collaborative work ethic are all sought after characteristics for this role. We are therefore looking for the following skills and experience:

• Excellent academic record, degree educated (2:1 or above) additional marketing/digital qualifications a bonus
• 2+ years’ marketing experience in a fast-paced and varied role
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Inquisitive nature and problem solver
• Attention to detail
• Tons of enthusiasm and ambition
