Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

Financial services / insurance / professional services

£50,000 – £75,000 plus benefits (pension, life insurance) + 33 days holiday

Hybrid working – 3 days in the London office, 2 from home

A stunning opportunity for a marketer with circa 3-5 years’ professional services experience (insurance / financial services or similar) to join a leading insurance solutions provider in the heart of the Capital!

What will this opportunity offer me?

You will get to lead the marketing for a successful part of the business delivering strategic and tactical marketing campaigns and managing a Marketing Assistant. The role of Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager has a digital focus, so if you enjoy keeping up to speed with the latest in digital marketing this role could be for you.
Are you creative? Great! You’ll also get to flex your design skills using Adobe Creative Suite to create stunning visual assets to support your campaigns.

What will I be doing?

Working with Heads of Departments, you will deliver a wide variety of marketing campaigns to meet the needs of the business unit; with your marketing know-how you’ll understand which marketing channel to use for the best results. Day-to-day you could be setting up an automated email campaign in HubSpot or working on a creative social media campaign to drive awareness with a new target audience.

What experience should I bring to the role?

We are keen to talk to marketers with circa 3-5 years’ experience within finance or insurance or another similar professional services business, maybe you’re a Marketing Executive ready for that next step!

You’ll know the digital marketing space well, and ideally have worked within a FCA regulated business with knowledge of the following:

  • HTML and CSS
  • Paid and organic social media
  • SurveyMonkey
  • Understanding of GDPR
  • Awareness and understanding of compliance across financial services/insurance
  • Marketing and email automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar)
  • Passion for copywriting and explaining complex info in simple language

And if you’ve got any additional experience across PR, SEO and reporting, we’d love to hear about that too.
