Paid Media Manager / Performance Managerup to £40,000 plus excellent benefits and clear opportunity for career progression in digital marketing

Kindred Recruitment is supporting an established and award-winning agency who engages the audience of leading brands through online media channels, striking creative campaigns and more.

Through winning several brilliant new clients across property (commercial, residential and industrial) and placemaking as well as other sectors, they are looking to expand their collaborative team with a Paid Media Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to support paid media activity for their prestigious clients who have been won on word of mouth and referrals alone.

As Performance Marketing Manager / Paid Media Manager you’ll have a chance to lead on paid activity alongside the Head of Performance Marketing across key paid media channels including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and more.

This role has been created to support increasing demand as the performance team is the fastest growing department across the agency. The medium-term view is that this person will grow to lead a small team within the department; if you are ambitious and want clear career progression, this role ticks that box.

It’s also an exciting time to join due to the growth, it’s highly likely you won’t be the newbie for long!

What experience should I have already to be considered?

Agency experience is a MUST for this role. You might be a Paid Media Executive, Junior Performance Manager or PPC Executive eager to progress in the agency world with a clear progression path. Leading a small team is on your radar and you are keen to mentor more junior members of a team across paid media / performance marketing in the future.
This role would suit someone with approximately 2-3 years of paid media, paid social or PPC / SEM experience agency side with some experience already gained in leading projects to a successful outcome.

An interest in property or placemaking would be helpful but it is not essential.
