Sales Advisor / Sales Executive – South West London (Kingston, Teddington, Hampton Court area)

£25,000 base salary plus commission scheme

Some flexibility is required for occasional weekend or evening work but core hours are Monday to Friday.

We are delighted to be working with a luxury brand meeting demand for high quality retirement living. Our client is seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Advisor to join the business at this particularly exciting phase of growth.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in a rewarding and consultative sales process for a high value property offering. Our client provides quality retirement living properties, working alongside other team members you will become an integral part of a dedicated and caring team.

This is a busy and all-encompassing Sales Advisor / Sales Executive position that allows you to build relationships with prospective clients, have input into sales and marketing collateral, represent the company at events and engage in specific training.

Skills and experience

To be considered for this rewarding Sales Advisor / Sales Executive role we are keen to hear from people with:

• Experience of selling a high value product or service or building relationships over time
• Ability to build trust
• Understand the right time to close a sale in a consultative way
• Self-motivated personality
• An interest in marketing, PR and creative ways to support awareness and sales
• The confidence to network with key people in the local and surrounding areas
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• A sales or marketing qualification (desirable but not essential)
