Social Strategist / Senior Social Media Manager – £45,000 – £50,000 plus 33 days holiday, private healthcare and a wide range of perks

With an impressive roster of well known brands, they are looking to expand their collaborative team with a Social Strategist (Senior Social Media Manager) to drive forward social media activity on a wide variety of accounts across FMCG, food/drink, automotive, third sector, gaming and luxury travel.

What’s in it for you?

As Social Strategist, you’ll have a chance to lead social strategy from the front in conjunction with the Social Director across key social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and more.

This role will allow you to develop your strategy and campaign experience across key social channels including earned and owned media channels whilst working with a specialist team for paid activity.

It’s also a really exciting time to join with the agency experiencing continued growth so it’s likely you won’t be the only newbie!

What experience should I have already to be considered?

You might already be a Social Media Manager, Social Account Manager, Social Community Manager or Social Content Specialist wanting to take that next step into a more strategic position. Or, you already work as a Social Strategist but are motivated to learn new skills with the added bonus of working in an agency considered one of the ‘Best Places to Work’.

This role would suit someone with approximately 3 – 5 years of social media experience agency side, confident in running social audits for clients with some experience already gained in leading projects to a successful outcome.

Given their array of clients, applicants with additional languages are also of interest (French and German), as long as you are fluent in English.

Soft skills are also really important, the agency has fostered a hardworking but highly rewarding culture so being a strong team player is a must.
